One option would be to blow up a pink balloon and use metallic glitter pens to write all the party invitation information on them, let the air out, add some confetti to the envelope, and mail or hand deliver to guests. Pretty In Pink Punch:
2 Quarts Tropical Punch, Strawberry Kiwi, or Strawberry Melon soft drink mix, according to package directions. 1 can pineapple juice 2 liter bottle of ginger ale or lemon lime soda 1 half gallon container of vanilla ice cream
Combine all ingredients in punch bowl, and float ice cream on top. To be served in disposable party cups.
Strawberry cream cheese sandwiches trimmed of crusts and cut into finger sized shapes are in keeping with the pink theme.
Try a Fruit medley of seeded watermelon, strawberries, and maraschino cherries, served in plastic champagne glasses.
